1.24.08: SKINWALKER by Sky Burial

I just got my grubby hands on a copy of this release from Mr. Sky Burial himself - Mike Page - so I'm one of only 49 people in the world who will have one. This 3" CD release features one 20 minute track of "dark, cold, dense, swirling" bliss. Released by Existence Establishment - this release is neatly packaged in a silkscreened envelope that is hand-made and hand-numbered, with 2 postcard inserts and limited to only 49 copies! And it's quite beautiful I must say. I'm very envious of the folks who put this much time and thought into putting this sort of packaging together. This is the sort of thing I hope you'll see from some Lens titles in the future. Be sure to check out Sky Burial on MySpace as there are some great tracks up there to listen to. And stay tuned for a release from Sky Burial on Lens in the not so distant future - we're working on it!
